Photographs have limits

A photograph cannot reveal every defect, hidden condition, material, code requirement, contamination, load, pressure, voltage, or cause. AI can misidentify objects or hazards. Confidence labels are estimates, not guarantees. Never treat a FixLens result as certain.

Stop and get qualified help

• Electrical wiring, switchboards, batteries, solar systems, electric shock, arcing, or water near electricity.
• Gas, fuel, carbon monoxide, unusual chemical smells, smoke, fire, overheating, or explosion risk.
• Structural cracks, movement, collapse, load-bearing elements, roofs, foundations, retaining walls, or major water damage.
• Known or suspected asbestos, mould requiring specialist remediation, lead, hazardous chemicals, biological contamination, or unknown powders/fibres.
• Flooding, pressurised systems, heights, confined spaces, sharp or unstable objects, or any emergency.
